Excellent Program, very easy to use, imports documents easily, asks questions and inputs data on correct forms based on the answers. I will continue using this program as the programming is clearer than other competitors I have used

5day refund is a total rip off!

THE 5DAY REFUND FEE IS A SCAM! there was no clear way to opt out - i could have waited but there was no way to say no and why $50!? ON TOP of the $70+ to file!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I had a baby
