Easy to use. Quick. However, the CONSTANT push to upgrade or buy more products is REALLY annoying.

It made doing taxes by myself this year so much easier! Saved me a lot of time and a decently good amount of money. I think I'll be using TurboTax next year as well, just because it was that easy. I will say that sometimes the 'help' question marks don't fully explain a question or option as in depth as I needed for some of my questions.
