I felt very confident and empowered filing my taxes. If I didn't understand something it was easy to click on the prompts that explained it, a search engine that took me to my answer, or having an agent to call or chat with right away. I'm very happy with my decision for using Turbo Tax

Inputting, or editing 1099 data requires a number of extra hidden clicks that are not easy to find.
Filing with state requires inputting driver license number.
Turbo Tax now has every single piece of identification available about you.
You must opt out of every shared data option individually.
You will continue to receive SPAM from their affiliates until you die, or get a new email.
