Too costly for doing it myself.

I only used turbo tax this year because my information was already there. I won't be using it next year. The fees for doing my own taxes are ridiculous. And a $40 fee for using my own return money to pay for submitting it? Now that's some price gouging.

I wish the marketing was a bit more direct but the program its self is great and you all work so hard at this and I know it isn't easy and I am sure the marketing department doesn't have full control over how things are but whoever controls the site or programming should be a bit more honest and direct while making it easier to contact a live person without having to charge more.
