Fairly fast and seems reliable as I use it every year, Not exactly happy with my refund this year thanks to OBAMACARE , what a joke !!!

Turbo Tax Blew It this Year!

I do not/did not feel comfortable filing a return on-line, and I definitely do NOT APPRECIATE being forced to do because Intuit is too cheap to produce discs. I have used this program for the previous 15 to 20 years. I enjoyed being able to start, stop a little at a time and knowing my information was safe on my computer. Thank you for helping me look at a CPA in the future.
