Missing 1095 a require help to proceed

Had a missing 1095-A form and there were no information how to reenter information. Turbo Tax wouldn't recognize the form during upload. Had to use an expert that walk me through how to manually enter the information.
Note enough description on how information was to be used.

So simple application , free.and when you finalize you don’t pay anything , not the TurboTax fee, not the $40 federal refund. But then you are forced to upgrade to deluxe, because of a simple 1095-a form. Then it charges you 39 for fee, and $40 dollar federal refund fee. What kinda rip off is that. Imagine they scam 100million people for 80 bucks , that’s 8e9. A lot of money for a stupid simple program. That the irs has literally made free on there website already. Shame on you turbo tax shame on you.
