Worth it for most people

Trubo Tax does a good of job making taxes simple. It guides you through the process pretty semelessly. My only complain is that there was a pay wall with my taxes. Trubo Tax advertiesed that they would file your taxes for free, but I ended up having to pay about 80 dollars. That being said a simple format and guidence through filing your taxes was worth it. I would reccomend Turbo Tax to most people.

some questions, and very important, don't have the right reference. The question if a child is self supporting doesn't ask it in a right way. It should say: if my child is self supporting?. Remember the income tax report is for me, not for my child, so I assumed everything asked is for me. Otherwise, refer to my son, or son's name, or linked his age with the question, since he is only 10, he cannot work.

Decent service, HORRIBLE poaching of fees and info

The service was as expected. Asked the normal questions and make it pretty easy to use. However, I absolutely HATE all of the extra stuff that they try to get you to sign up for throughout the process. I was asked MULTIPLE times to upgrade. With everything you try to do there is an additional processing fee? For the 5 day earlier payment, you have to give up all your info to a 3rd party company AND pay a $25 fee. I mean, what the heck... Getting ridiculous.
