Easy to use! I appreciate the guidance throughout and the fact that info is stored from previous years. The ability to stop and review as you go is also very helpful.

It was complicated at times.

I never had used Turbo Tax. I had several issues and had a hard time but at the end I completed it. I am not sure why I was charged $39 at the end. When I first started paper work, it was free and then I was charged at the end and not sure why.

I like how they save info from previous years. Makes everything quick and smooth. Also, audit protection for a small fee brings good peace of mind.
