Live Tech person was AWESOME! The bot, not so much

I used the app to begin, but had to switch over to laptop because the app could not handle a very weird, unique situation I have. I was concerned it wouldn't fill the actual form out correctly, so I called support and received great, over the moon help, and the tech stayed with me all the way through filing to make sure it all went correctly. I had used TurboTax for many years, and it didn't disappoint. The tech was awesome. She even sent me reference documentation that I could keep with my files, so I know what to do next year. (My only problem is with their AI bot. Kept looping in asking same information and held up me finally getting the telephone number to call for support. It also decided I was Spanish speaking for some reason and started responding in Spanish once I typed by last name, which is not hispanic. What?! Why would it make that assumption?). Once I got to a phone number, I had only a 2 minute wait for my fantastic tech. She was above and beyond in customer service.

Turbo tax made filing my taxes easy. I have filed my taxes with Turbotax for a few years and I'm confident that I've made the right choice.
