TurboTax is a rip off

I had to pay for 39 for Federal return and 39 for State return. Issue is that I didn't need assistant for State return so I should have gotten it for free. Also, it is a rip off for paying Federal return just to file new clean vehicle purchase for 8936 and 8936 schedule A. I didn't get anything for it but it needed to be filed. Very unsatisfied with the service and I went thru with it just to get it done. If services don't change for next year, this will be my last year using TurboTax.

Turbo Tax offers 24-hour tax preparation services. Gives me the maximum refund available. Its quick and easy. And they take the charges from your refund so it's really free to file. I have used them every year.

It made doing taxes very simple. I would have paid the extra 89.00 for all of the protections, though I selected it & schedule an phone appt with an expert at a specific time, I did not receive the call for the expert. I did however receive chat support for a non-expert and they were very help...
