System didn't correctly process W2 information.

Turbo tax didn't recognize when my second w2 was just spill over from the first one, then directed me to file by mail. I had to research why it wouldn't accept that, then go in and amend my return to not include that second w2 and go add the box manually to the first one. Then once doing that it still was going to make me file through mail until I had to do more internet research on how to go around that and change to efile. This is a system built to recognize tax documents. It should have been able to recognize the W2 situation and not made it be filed through mail. The website also should have been more user friendly to figure out how to switch to efile. I won't be using turbo tax again.
