Turbo Tax is awesome

I don't like the fact that you sneak in a fee when it says it's free. To me, that's fraud. I am 75 years old and feel cheated by Turbo Tax. By the way, Pennsylvania does not tax pensions. That's why I never use you for state taxes.

Foreign Zip Code Problem

I had the worst time trying to file my taxes bc of a small glitch on a worksheet. I fought w/the program for 2 solid weeks. I was all set to mail my returns w/o a fix. I spent 2 hrs on the phone with "Jeff" after fighting w/the bot on the phone. The help bot online couldn't tell the difference btw a foreign zip code and a discount code. Jeff stayed patient w/me as I'm uncomfortable w/technology. He walked me through my problem w/a tech online to change programming errors. HATS OFF to Jeff for taking me by the hand & getting my taxes efiled. I WILL be using Turbotax again next year!!!
