Turbotax claims i can pay with my refund, but when you click the option it reloads the page and removes the option, forcing you to use credit/debit card. very frustrating, wont be using this service anymore.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would have. It was the best experience I've ever had with any help desk. She was so helpful and was so clear on her directions to maneuver through my amendment form for my 2024 taxes. She definitely has the ability for excellence in customer service. She deserves a raise😊

Easy to use

I have used TurboTax for decades, and I used it every year all but once. One year I tried a competitor's software but didn't like it. I will return to the online version of TurboTax every year.

Does the Job

The software works quickly, accurately, and expeditiously. My only complaint is the repeated solicitations for upgrades that make me question whether the Deluxe package is adequate for my needs even though I have a simple return and the Deluxe product confirms my calculations prior to using TurboTax.
