I do like Tubbo Tax however having to download it made the process more diffcult. I liked the comparison of year to year provided when using the disc.

Turbo Tax is a rip off

It said this was free filing. At the end the only option was to pay $39.00. This is a rip off. We will not use Turbo Tax again.

Talked to Helen on the phone and she helped me get through the last part of my taxes and answered my questions with lots of help and advice. She was very helpful and saved me from paying the wrong amount on my taxes.

Turbo Tax Online Deluxe is misleading

The ENTIRE point of Turbo Tax is to file on-line. It’s not until you get to the VERY END of the process, after you’ve paid them, that they disclose that, oh yeah, and you still need to print out the forms and mail them in because mailing then in is required. This is a first. Is that suddenly new for 2024?? So now, I have to find a store with a printer and trust that transferring the pdfs of my tax returns, with all my sensitive personal data is going to be safe with that random store. I am furious. The name of the service is Turbo Tax Online Deluxe.
