Great, but NOT FREE like it was advertised. Spent +$120 on filing fees. Other than that, it was easy to file.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years using the download version until this year when my MAC would not handle it and I did not want to purchase a new computer. As a result I did the online version and for the most part I was satisfied. One glitch, the online version suggested I did not file with Turbo Tax in 2023 and this is not the case. I always file with Turbo Tax so I am not sure what the issue is/was. Perhaps a text or phone number for questions like this that are not actual tax question but rather clarification questions that come up.
Lastly, since I have used TT for so many years and have lived in the same residence for 36 years, it would be nice if this information cold easily be loaded onto the new return since "you" have all my information from past years. This is not a complaint but rather a suggestion.
