Been using TurboTax for over 20 years! The best product and so easy to use! Good pricing too. Filing both federal and state taxes is so easy with TurboTax. Never fret doing my taxes each year.

Misleading advertising

Wants you to pay for state taxes before ever giving option to mail in. Makes it near impossible to not pay the $39 per state. Other than that good service. There free before 2/18 advertising is also misleading because it is only if you have never filed with them before, and it only says that in the fine print of their website if you look into the deal.

Fast, easy, and effective. Turbo tax has document screenshot which saved me so much time. I've gotten better at finding my documents and organizing them with this resource.
