TurboTax Was A Pain This Year

TurboTax was much more difficult this year than in the past. It never asked me for my estimated tax payments and I had to really dig to put them in. It seemed to always push paid services ahead of all options before displaying the other options--sneaky bordering on trickery. And when I was prompted to review the documents before transmitting it just hung, eventually signing me out. I never could review the actual documents before filing. I cannot recommend TurboTax anymore.

Website is great!

I have used TurboTax for years. It's a great website and program. However, the app kept crashing when I was trying to use it. As much as I recommend the website, the app is absolutely horrible.
