TurboTax sucks

TurboTax has slowly become one of the absolute worst services to use while filing taxes. They claim "free, free free" and then nickel and dime you through the entire process. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone I know.

Just so easy.
Nothing but SS, so I ought to do it myself, but I didn’t have to hunt down forms or put a stamp on it, so we’ll worth the $39.

the experience was overall good, but why do they charge 39.00 for assistance then charge a fee of 40.00 more for the TurboTax help when it states get your taxes done for free? I really think that TurboTax should refund all customers 40.00 in only charge the 39.99. That is my only suggestion. Other than that, thanks!

Bait and switch

Turbotax advertised a refund advance up to $4000. Then it goes to $250 once I'm almost completely done filing, and after opening a new checking account. Wasting time is worse than wasting money.
