I CAN do my own taxes!

At 50 years old, i decided to do my own taxes for once - after paying way too much for someone else to do them. i was always nervous about missing something. But, this was so easy! Way more convenient then all the time I spent dropping off my information, waiting for them to get done - very often having to ask for extensions - and then picking them up. It took me 2 hours - but I was also doing things around the house. The process was very easy to maneuver - questions were thorough and the help feature was in fact helpful. I saved us over $500 doing this myself and it was well worth my time and effort.

When I asked a question and the pop up came up, I wasn't able to scroll down and read all the answer. Your "contact us" covered the rest of the answer. That was very irritating.
