Turbo Tax is great for a simple tax return

For the most part it was easy to use but some of the help information not completely useful. Doesn't Cover all problems encountered. Had a good experience with agents that tried helping resolve problems however was not easy to find a way to get in contact with a real person.

I don't understand why you have to charge 40 to "pay with return" option but whatever. This should be specified before the final screen. I will be switching to another service next year.

I hate TurboTax

I have never hated anything more than TurboTax. Your entire business model is a disgusting scam. In most other countries, filing tax refunds is done automatically by the federal government. This can all be done for free on the IRS website--or at least it should be completely free for all tax filing cases. You are stealing disgusting amounts of money from hard working people. I hope this business is made obsolete.
