Turbo Tax is very easy

5 days early... it's not mandatory but no decline

I have highly recommended Turbotax to my friends for over 13 years. But this year was an exception because of the "five days early" fee for $25 at the end! It was tedious because it says it is optional but you can't deselect this feature. I finally called the Customer Service phone number. I had to go "back" and on the second time there was a whole new screen which very simply allowed me to click the box tp decline. I felt like I was being scammed! Turbotax, I thought better of you than to do this!!
