I have Turbo Tax for 14 yrs and trying to find the answer to certain questions is still not easy. Then linking to the file I have you say I didn't file with Turbo Tax. Which is incorrect.

very easy to use, quick and easy, max refund. even walked me through it when I made an error causing a rejection my first time through. I will always use intuit TurboTax for my taxes

Been using TurboTax for years, always been fast and easy for me to use and have no plans to change using this service anytime soon. I tell anyone younger then me if they need a easy way to file taxes for the first time to use TurboTax.

Will not be returning to TurboTax

I was very disappointed to find out I was required to upgrade to deluxe just to file regular W2s. I was even more frustrated that I was charged 39 dollars PER RETURN. And it was beyond infuriating to find out that I was charged an additional 40 dollars just to have those charges taken out of my federal return. I feel as if I have been nickeled and dimed to death just to file simple returns. I will most likely not be using turbotax again in the future for these reasons. I thought it was supposed to be a cheaper and convenient alternative to a CPA but it is not.
