It was basically simple to use even unusual question. However there were a couple of errors in the carry over. One on W-2 and one on previous bank information.

Too many fees.

Additional fees that are added are ridiculous. If you have your fees taken out of the refund, you also charge $40. If you want your refund 5 days early, another fee.
