TurboTax is degrading

I click on free file and still have to pay, there are more and more screens than previous years. This makes it confusing to the process each year and adds a feeling of insecurity and fear that previous years are done wrong. More and more password and digital pins are needed each year making it harder and harder each year. E-file hardly ever works for me or there is a different verification process from one year to another. Tax season is hard and i feel like turbotax is making it more difficult to file in the comfort of your home

I am pleased with the quick results. Most of the time efile doesnt work in my case but its ok i can print and send
