TurboTax genuinely makes it so much easier. They include "more information" articles and answers to common questions. They even say "not common" when asking questions which helps me, a regular adult who works for a corporation the confidence to answer questions.

Terrible process of filing a tax return while living in Indiana but working in Kentucky which is a Non Resides reciprocity state. I uploaded my Form 740-NP-R and it would not allow me to e-file. Causing delays in my return being processed.
