While I was able to submit my taxes in a relatively quick time, I find it a complete rip off! that I need to PAY for something that is clearly already available to this "tax filing" company. Let's be honest, this is a scam of a product. My taxes already go to the federal government to fund these programs so that I DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM A SECOND TIME!!!!!!!

Not low income friendly

Easy to file but penny pinchers. I'm charged an additional $40 because I can't afford to pay out of pocket so I have to take it from my refund.
