I decided to file my taxes this year on my own. I have never done it before, but I decided to do it finally. I gave Turbo Tax a 4 rating because of the fees. The fees weren't expensive. I thought it would have been free for me because this was my first time to file. Overall, it's easy and great!

Turbotax could be more helpful

It kept telling me there was an error and bringing me back to the error, without explaining why the change was needed. I am not sure why the box was selected in the first place, and it said the box needed to be left unmarked. (It was a yes or no answer) that I did not select. I feel like we are paying for help already and shouldn't have to pay another $49 for "live help".
