Turbo Tax is fast and easy!

Quick and easy to use. I use this annually to file my taxes and often get it done and filed in about 45 minutes.

It said it was free literally the whole time, then after I filled out the information BY MYSELF, it says I HAVE to upgrade and pay $118?? Might as well pay someone else to do it so I don't have to pay for it and do it myself.

Basically there charging fir a simple return that already has all my information!I will not use them next year!!Alsonwasnt aware I didn't finish my state return till a month later!!The app should have notified me of this but didnt!!Once it took my money it was done!!This is ridiculous and untrustworthy!!I won't recommend Turbo Tax to anyone!!I could have done this for a free on a different site !!Which I will be doing next year!!
