Love doing my own taxes!

Awesome, I really enjoy doing my taxes for my wife and I instead of paying hundreds of dollars to the big H, which takes over half the little refund I suppose to receive as a refund. Three years straight of doing my own taxes and I'm not going back to the rip-off company I started out with!

Good yet stop forcing added protection when denied

Good, yet hate how there free option makes you pay no matter what. general pricing for filing I can accept yet; I had to select a premium additional 44$ option at the very end of my taxes no matter what. There was no way around it if I wanted to finish my taxes. I did not want the additional protection, do not force me to buy it when I don't want. Its taking money unnecessarily. I paid for it just because I didn't to spend another hour or more on another site. Do better.

The Agent was so patient and wonderful. i was having trouble not amending state, wanted to only amend federal using form 8639 ev. I was able to process and they are going to refund which they said they would refund within 2 days, because program was trying to chare me a large amount.
