Yes, it is easy. But considering I have used them for the last 4 or 5 years and managed to get 800 dollars less than usual without any changes to my tax situations, I am giving them a crap rating this year.
And they charge more, they say 39 to file. What they do not say is that is per filing, as in state is 39 and federal is 39.
