Easy to navigate, doesn’t make anything hard. I love that if we need help, they are there to help us.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Easy to use & maxed out my refund. I would highly recommend as a great resource for the average American consumer. I feel as thought this was accurate and user friendly. Did my taxes on my phone, at school.
