I had a 1099K from an online selling platform that I used to just sell some random stuff I didn't need. It was extremely difficult to get this section of the software to work and make sense of what it was asking me. I'm not even sure I did it right in the end to be honest. Really terrible. And it made me pay an extra $40 because I have an HSA. This whole system is crooked and needs to be reformed. I ended up paying like $80 total to file a relatively simple return. Just go find a local tax professional and get their help. It will cost about the same but you can actually be sure it's done right and you're maximizing your deductions and return.
