TurboTax is very direct and beginner friendly

Quick, easy and very self explanatory with directions and explanations of the process. Also nice that it picks up where you started in case you don't have the time or your materials together.

I have used this service for many years, I dont like that they make it more complicated to find the " opt out" options for the extra stuff they add between every form. If you dont want to purchase the upgraded version they will ask you ten times. also they now charge a $40 processing fee for taking the charge to file out of the return, which is OUTRAGEOUS. and filing the federal return is free so why charge so much for it? make a free option like it should be
