one thing that i did not like, is how turbotax added an extra 44 dollars when paying with our refunds. If we disagree with the premium added feature you say that the bank is now going to charge a processing fee. Why doesn't Turbotax just come out and tell you up front that your going to pay extra for using our refunds to pay. Wow trying to save money is getting expensive. Using a online tax is now more expensive than going to a walk in tax office that will do a simple return for anywhere from 50 dollars to less than 100 dollars, you got me this year but just wait till next year !!!!!!!!!

Greedy company taking advantage or vulnerable tax payers. There should not be a $40 processing fee ordered at the end. This highly unethical.

Trash service that used to be free a few years ago. Just because the dumb government decided to remove access to easy free tax filing, I am back to use this dog poop of a service.

Easy to use, helpful hints. BUT it was advertised as $39…but that was for federal only. Another $39 was added for state and then a $40 processing fee 😡
