Great! Step by step instructions. Very easy to do, I was afraid to start because I usually don’t do my own taxes. But after the step by step instructions it was very understandable.

Poor experience

I thought I was going to have to file for an additional state when I did out of state travel work but that state didn't require it and thankfully I didn't have to because turbotax was trying to get me to upgrade by paying $39 when filing for two states and charging $39 per state filed. Plus the third party company was already charging a $40 processing free to deposit the money into accounts. So when I thought I was only going to have to pay for the upgrade and then now also the additional one state, thinking the $117 would drop in cost to my surprise it went up to $118 when I removed the second state. What a scam honestly then Turbotax now added their additional "processing fee' once I removed the second state being filed, literally can't catch a break with these companies. I didn't get a refund back for that state tax but I still paid to file it and paid for a processing fee to not process money into my account that I am not getting back from it..make that make sense.. so I paid $118 and then two separate $40 dollar processing fees one for turbo tax and then the third party company. What did me paying for the upgrade deluxe really even do?
Just a poor experience really, and a sad money hungry world we live in.
