Takes half my refund to file

After selecting the “File Free” button and then filing and getting through the back and forth process I’m hit with these fees that pretty much take half my refund back. So much for free. I already barely got anything back and yall take half of that. Nice. Every year is the same and there’s no way around it.

I just wanted the basics I didn't want to have to

Too confusing for somebody who is dumb all I wanted was the basics and then I got charged 128 when I wanted the smaller version but that's okay I'll pay it this time but not next year you lost a customer
