I submitted my tax form and then realized that I forgot to include my SS benefits. I wasn't really expecting a call but I did get one and Lottie Gordon helped me amend my form. She made everything such a nice experience and I completely relaxed after she started helping me. I appreciate Turbo Tax Online.

Easy to use; however, would not let me choose "None of These" as an option when trying to file a 1099-G. None of the options listed applied to me.
