It is getting less and less user friendly; the pricing is vague and unclear; I had a difficult time finding the screen to compare packages, I received an email about early bird pricing threatening if I didn't use their product by a certain date, my price would go up, but it didn't give me the Deluxe for $39 for federal as advertised - finally read in the small print that it was for tax situations with 1 W2 only which makes no sense, it doesnt cost Turbotax ANYTHING extra if I have 5 W2s or 1 if I am doing my own taxes. Just send people misleading emails and make people mad, see how that helps your bottom line in the future - good job
