It was very easy to input my information and get calculations on deductions and credits. I had an issue with an automatic upgrade, but was able to contact and get a code to reduce the charge.

All the added fees you don't know about until the very end really make me want to take my business elsewhere. As if doing your taxes wasn't annoying enough, you go and add all these other charges at the end.

The system continually tells me to provide the access code for my spouse but the system will not accept the code we provide. My tax returns, state and federal, get rejected due to your error.
