Overall as it was my first time using the program it wasn't all that bad. There are some VERY irritating issues with boxes that say can be blank but, apparently can't really be. The interest entry did not pull in all my data from my financial institution so had to upload all of it manually. Honestly the interest 1099. section should just be scrapped and put it in a format to just hand enter every time. None of the auto populate seemed to work at all.
Then of course the constant upselling through the process is not really appreciated.

Please stop trying to upsell me on additional services while I'm in the middle of filing my taxes. I nearly went to a competitor multiple times because I was so frustrated, but you are all terrible.
I hate that your company actively lobbies for the US to not provide free electronic filing options like most other major countries. The fact that we even still need to do these calculations is idiotic when most other countries do the work and citizens simply verify it. As a company your lobbying makes filing taxes more painful and more expensive than it needs to be simply to continue your own existence. I hope that some day we finally pass legislation to make your services useless.
