Not Happy with the way they added extra audit fees

I am very disappointed this year in that my price was stated $31.99 which was great, I feel that I was mislead with the addedaudit checks . It never said that it was going to be $49.99 added on th the $31.99, my total paid was over $80 , I feel I was greatly misled it never said it would be that on top of the Turbo Tax fee, it just had a total of $49.99, Very dissatisfied this year with the false way the fee was applied.

Turbo tax - state tax credit issues

applied tax credits I did not qualify for multiple years in a row. Even when I opted out of these credits I had to go back and change the parameters. This has caused me to have to make un expected payments for three years in a row.
