Troubles

I have been a user of Turbo Tax for over 20 years and I have really liked it, but this year has been the pits filing my 2025 return. All these questions and not being able to incorporate my past return has been a nightmare. Why not go back to the disc method of filing taxes.
When I called the hot line the lady that helped me was very patient and professional and helped me very much.

Almost loved it

I really liked the step by step process and the ease of doing my taxes with turbo tax. The only feature I did not like was being required to use your bank for getting my return or being charged to use mine. I have never been charged for having my tax return deposited to my chosen bank before. So 4 stars not 5.

Have used for 13 years!

I have used Turbo Tax every year since I turned 25. So 13 years! Unless I do something like buy a home or move my retirement funds I will continue to use Turbo Tax.
