Ima r had to redo my return 8 times. Each time it has been hard to find the location to fix it.
It should not take me 8 hours to file my simple return.

My taxes were through Turbo Tax because the information that I put in was not matching what was on file. I went to the website provided and requested a call back. I didn't have to wait long at all for them to call me. the person that was connected with was very happy to help. In no time my issue was resolved, and he had a great, friendly attitude the entire time. i would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone, every time.
