The site works and has helpful prompts but dont be fooled, it will let you waste your time filling out entire tax forms then only at the end tell you that you will be charged for every single different state you file for, you will be charge a CONVENIENCE FEE to efile, etc. At the beginning of filing it states using its basic service will only cost 39 bucks then at the end, its suddenly nearly $200. Disgusting greed.

Process should indicate which person's information is being taken or whether it is both. This was confusing and we had to go back to include my retired spouse's social security income.
