Turbotax falsely advertises "free" filing

Intuit Turbotax falsely advertised free filing of state and federal taxes. However, I was charged nearly $100 to get a little more than a $400 refund (nearly 25%), and was forced to either pay $40 MORE with what I was getting back in federal tax, or I could pay using a card. False advertising at it's most raw source.
