Turbo tax is great

I didn't engage with the live expert but only because everything was so easy and my info was for the most part saved from the prior year. finished within 30 minutes

Expensive fees..

Very expensive fees, not a fan of how much extra out of pocket is charged. Any discount would be appritiated to continue using turbo tax in the future.

2024 version is sloppy-but accurate

Sloppiest online version ever made available.
1. Asked several questions multiple times
2. Did not advise via software that a $0 W2 Box 1 does NOT need to be included ... whhile your HELP section on a goolge search indicates it's not required, and directs to specifically NOT include it.
3. For verification of last years return amount to verifiy with federal Government, asks me if another software package was used ... has me look up the copy o last year's return, but theen still carries that number forward FROM last year's return that I efiled thru TurboTax.
4. Google Chrome Scroll bar was at time unavailable and needed to use arrow key to scroll. This is a deficiency of your software!
5. You've bcome schisters for additional fees. Anyone with simple taxes like this one is, you make it VERY HARD to just progress and file for free without your interface trying to trick and bait the user into add-on fees on what you advertise for free.
