Darlene D. was absolutely amazing in helping me refile my tax return. She was extremely helpful and patient with me to correct the errors on my return after a frustrating 3 weeks she resolved in 8 minutes. I highly recommend her for these situations. Thank you, Darlene!

Great when it's correct, nightmare when it's wrong

I like the step-by-step, easy-to-understand process. The problem I have is that the high-resolution scan of one of my documents was not read correctly by the system and there was no way to fix/override it. Because it read the state abbreviation wrong, I could not electronically file. After a half hour of losing a battle with a useless chatbot, and refusing to wait or pay extra for human assistance, I ended up deleting the file and entering the information manually. Beware: Even with a clear scan, you won't know the information is wrong until you try to submit.
