Turbo Tax saved my file return!!!

I had a wonderful experience. The Live agent was able to troubleshoot my problem so that I could e-file when I thought I would have to paper file, saving me so much time.

Too many fee’s charges and sneaky tactics

Too pricy waits until the end and then surprise charges you. Then a $40 fee to process from you tax return.. just rip off after all these years this is the last year for me a turbo tax
