I've used TurboTax for a few years now and never had any problems while filing. My taxes are pretty simple and there's a lot of helpful info if you're confused about a question. I like the options of importing your files and/or speaking to a live person if need be.

Turbotax helps navigate the crazy tangled web of tax filing that they lobby for. Filing taxes is doable as they prompt you for the needed information and tell you what you need to know. This year I found more hidden fees. Please avoid "paying" for turbotax using your federal return - you pay an extra $40!
