TurboTax Online is just okay

Online is Not as easy to use as the desktop. I would use desktop but you have not made it compatible with earlier ios for Macbook

Every year, the process gets easier and easier, even if I have new occasions to add. Even if I’m unsure, the answers are always easily found somewhere on the site, much appreciate from someone like myself who worries about filing as accurately as possible.

99% Perfect

Turbo tax helped me get my taxes done however it wasn't perfect. I had to research myself that I had to choose the state I was from as my Residence because I am active military the state I was from does not tax Active military. Unfortunately turbotax did not help me with this and if I didn't know about it I would have had a LOWER tax return then what I will receive. Other than that it was a very easy thing to use and deserves 5 stars. Just make sure if you have special cases like me you know what to do

Turbo Tax Free?????

I have used Turbo Tax for years, normally I buy the product at a store and load it into my computer. Was not happy to do it online, sketchy internet service had me worried that I would lose service in the middle of filling out my tax return. I also did not like that it was "free", no wait it's only $39, no wait it's $39 for the state return also ($78 total). Then wait, a $40 fee for deducting it from my federal refund, I decided against that and used a credit card. Then they wanted to "save" my card information for future purchases, I don't do that. Wait there's a $25 fee to get the refund quicker, I decided against that also. So the "free" Turbo Tax could have ended up costing $143???? My "free" Turbo Tax cost $78, I am hoping that everything goes through without any problems.
